Our fees are extremely affordable and competitively priced. Total costs depend on the specific services you need and your monthly revenue. Most clients can expect to pay between 5-7% of monthly collections.
What software do you use?
We are very flexible when it comes to software: we can provide you with new software or utilize your existing software. Do you handle calls from my patients?
Yes, we handle all billing-related calls from your patients. We also send patient statements and process your patient’s credit card payments. Our goal is to handle all of your billing details so you and your clinical staff can focus on providing excellent patient care.
Where do my payments go?
For your security and for overall efficiency, all of your payments will be deposited directly into your bank account. We will work with your existing bank, or one of the many banks we work closely with, to establish a lockbox account for you.
