What does your service cost?

Our fee varies depending on the specific services you need and your monthly revenue.  Most clients pay from 5 to 7% of monthly collections; some pay more, some less.

What software do you use?

We can provide you with software or utilize your existing software.  We have experience with a variety of billing and EHR systems, including Kareo, Nextgen, Allscripts, Practice Fusion, OpenPM, Medisoft and Epic.  We have helped many clients replace their existing systems with new solutions that better meet their needs.

Do you handle calls from my patients?

Of course! We handle all of your billing related calls from patients.  We also send patient statements and process credit card payments for your patients.  We free up your clinical staff to provide better patient care while we handle the billing details.

Where do my payments go?

For your security and for overall efficiency all of your payments will deposit directly into your bank account.  We will work with your existing bank or one of the many we work closely with to establish a lockbox account for you.

We have experience billing for a wide variety of specialties, including orthopedic surgery, general surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, plastic surgery, interventional pain medicine, family practice, ophthalmology, laboratory, radiology, imaging centers, neurosurgery, podiatry, foot and ankle surgery, pediatrics, and psychiatry.

We have the processes, staff, and expertise available (including CPC-certified coders) to handle any specialty.
